Training and Placement Cell is a backbone of any institute which is committed to develop dynamism, strong human values technocratic and good leadership qualities as per the need of rapidly changing technology working with a strategy oriented planning. This cell apart from the normal placement activities have a frequent personal interaction with the students and understand and realize their problems better and try to solve effectively and boosting their confidence in every aspects.”.

The Institute has full-fledged T and P cell to look after training and placement activity, which also provides the official support base for placement of final year students in form of arranging campus interviews, grooming students to face the final test of their knowledge. The staff of T and P cell includes students’ representatives of various disciplines to form the core committee which is headed by the training and placement officer. We are striving hard to fulfill the industry’s requirement and our focus is to groom competent engineers.

We have started grooming our students through training programs and it has been benefited students and the placement has been increased. We equip our students providing Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview training with right talent and personality to face the industry requirement. By this comprehensive program our students are meeting and satisfying the expectations of the Industry.

The institute has an Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDP-Cell) to facilitate and enhance entrepreneurial skills by organizing Entrepreneurship Development Awareness program every year.

Expert lectures of eminent industrialists/ industry persons, scientists, administrators, technocrats is arranged to inculcate and nurture entrepreneurship / managerial/leadership qualities amongst the students .


Objectives – 

  1. To create awareness in entrepreneurship and the process of developing entrepreneurs.
  2. To help and ignite the spirit of entrepreneurship among the students.
  3. To emphasizes a need of introducing entrepreneurship at an early age.
  4. To help the participants to effectively play the role of entrepreneurship enablers, mentors, trainers and facilitators.
  5. For giving exposure to the participant to the comprehensive entrepreneurship development process and equipped those to coordinate organized the related activities in the college.
  6. To arrange the HRD training program with Personality development and necessary soft skills required for corporate for all years individually each year.
