The Department has got the National Board of Accreditation
(NBA) of AICTE, New Delhi Accreditation.
- All staff members attended a National level seminar on “Intellectual Property and Innovation Management in Knowledge Era” at J.T.M.COE., Faizpur.
- Prof. A.M. Patil has published a paper on “Recent advances for recognition of faces in cloud” in International conference at Marathawada University Aurangabad and “Modified fisher face approach for robust biometric recognition system” in International journal ICGST-GUIP journal.
- Prof. P.M.Mahajan has published a paper on “Segmentation of textured images using Orientation as feature vector for defect detection in wood and textile industries and defect detection in fabric using Gabor filters” in International journals.
- Shri. K.S.Bhagat has published a paper on “Abstracting videos using Gaussian pyramids” in International journal of ‘Digital Image Processing’, Nov. 2010. He also published a paper on “Torn Document Reconstruction” in International Conference of Knowledge Engineering at Marathwada University, Aurangabad in December 2010.
- Shri. A. B. Nehete has published a paper on “Efficient feature extraction technique for signature recognition” in International Journal of Advanced Engineering & Application in Jan. 2011.
- All staff members have attended and published papers at the National conference on ‘Recent Trends in Technology’ on 3rd & 4th February 2011.
- Shri. K. S. Bhagat has completed Master of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from ‘Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University’, in Feb. 2011.
- Prof. S. V. Patil, Shri.G.L.Attarde, Shri.B L.attarde, Shri.N.W.Labade, Miss.T.G.Bhangale Miss.M.A.Chaudhari, Miss.R.P.Phirke,Miss. B. C. Bendale, Miss. J. A.Mahajan, has attended National level STTP workshop on “DSP & Image processing using Matlab” at SSGB Bhusawal during 19th-23th April 2011.
